How access works

One clear pathway — from first contact to real follow-up

  1. First contact

Come to a Saturday Community Clinic, or be referred by a school, service or community leader.

  2. Support & triage

We listen, understand what is happening and what is urgent — with interpreter support if you need it.

  3. Warm referral

We connect you to the right legal, health, housing, youth or family service, and introduce you.

  4. Follow-up

Where appropriate we check whether the referral worked, and identify what got in the way.

Language and interpreter support

Bicultural workers and qualified interpreters help people understand their options in their own language. Plain-language explanations, confidentiality and cultural understanding are part of how we work — not an add-on.

Need support, or know someone who does?

Get in touch and we will help you find the right first step.
